My Story
I have a passion to draw others into loving intimacy with the Lord.
I am a born-and-raised Hoosier from Indiana who migrated south to sunny Florida, and love doing life here with my husband, three young children, and community of friends. In this season of life, I get to do the challenging, yet rewarding homefront work that many other moms are experiencing, too. Shuffling from school to ballet to soccer and back again. Squeeze in small group and date night—and then repeat it all again next week. BUT all of that would mean nothing if it weren’t for Jesus. The Lord is my heartbeat and He drives my passion for loving, encouraging, and challenging others to discover a love and security that is your purpose, security, and peace.
The deepest desire of my heart is Jesus, all things Jesus.
That was the snapshot. But, looking at my picture, one could never know the depth of experiences that have become my realities and the force that drives my life. Having gone through several life-altering moments and dark times, I have also experienced the bright light of joy through Christ’s love and ALL that comes with it. God is not just enough. God is everything. Every breath, thought, word, or action that is bred from Him radiates life within you and others. I am so excited for you to experience the depth of this love—His love. It’s crazy amazing, and I have only scratched the surface.
How can we know His love? The essence of my life is God recovering the disconnection between us because of sin by sending Christ, His Son, to be the perfect, atoning sacrifice. He covered my sin with His love. I am overwhelmed by Him. The more intimate our relationship becomes the more I crave. I want to become more and more like the One I love.
It is my hope that my messy, heartbreak of a journey will open your eyes and shift your mindset to see that God can overcome all of the brokenness and struggles that you are facing. That through my seemingly impossible circumstances, tragic loss, and severe betrayal, God worked to unfold amazing miracles. I’ve seen tragedies turned to triumph and experienced riches that come from it all. That can be true for your life, too. I want to help you get there and experience the deep, unconditional love that Jesus has for you.
Being an eternal optimist by nature allows me to share visions of comfort, encouragement, and power. This can come naturally when we are living in God’s radiant light that illuminates our circumstances and sheds light on everything and everyone we encounter. Let’s burn a fire that cannot be put out. I would love to walk with you on your personal journey—unafraid of the messy, hard, or even silly parts of your story. You will get nothing sugar coated here. Some things will give you peace and comfort, while others will make your heart beat a little faster and challenge you at your core. There is strength in vulnerability.
I love intentional friendships and relationships, and I’ll strive to see hearts as we walk together in faith and friendship. Deep is the only love I know how to give. So, let’s go deep into the struggles to cultivate a one-of-a-kind intimacy with the Lord.

- Jesus is my number one, my hubby is my very close second.
- I have the most amazing, cutest kids EVER! (might be a little bias)
- I am a lover. I LOVE to LOVE (also to hug and snuggle)
- I only know how to have deep conversations.
- I love the beach and the mountains!
- The hardest person for me to give grace to is myself.
- I am not good at folding laundry and especially putting it away :/
- I love building new, intentional friendships.
- My love language is words of affirmation and touch. I will do my best to share many love letters and hug you through the screen!
- I am an achiever and disciplined, but I have learned to balance it with flexibility and spontaneity.
- I have learned to love being inconvenienced for God’s plans and literally just sitting with the Lord for moments through out my day!
- These are a few of my favorite things: solitude with Jesus, worship music…. lots of music, date nights/getaways with my hubby, intentional time and conversations with friends and family, working out, sports! sports!, dancing, traveling, family vacation, sunflowers and roses, Aldi/ Trader Joe’s, watching storms, strawberry shortcake, chips and salsa, zesty bread and butter pickles, cocoa almonds, steamers, fireside chats, and movie nights
